Frequently asked questions

Convenience Fees & Late Fees

For all payments made through the online system, there is a convenience fee of $10.00

You can choose to pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit or debit card.

We do not accept Discover Card or AMEX.

Payments that are received 9 days or more after the due date are considered late payments.

Biweekly and semi-monthly payments, late fee is $10.

Monthly payments, late fee is $20.

Please add the appropriate amount to your payment.

When will I receive the code?

Payments made during business hours will be processed the same day.

Payments made during non-business hours will be processed the next day.

Payments made Saturday after 5PM or Sunday will be processed Monday.

Payments made during holidays will be processed during open hours.

Payments are processed manually. Please allow us some time to apply the payment to your account and send you a text message with the code and account balance. To help ensure you receive the information, please make sure the phone number we have on file is the correct number.

Recurring Payments

Please let us know if you would like to enroll in recurring payments (automatic payments) and our team will be happy to set it up for you.

payments will be processed twice a day at 9am and 6.30pm-7.30pm.

Auto Insurance

If you have recently changed auto insurance companies, please let us know by emailing the new declaration page to insurance@lcmotorsorlando.com

Your vehicle must carry full coverage insurance with comprehensive and collision deductibles $1000 or less.
Lienholder/Loss Payee must be listed as:

Other Fees

1. Payments that are disputed by the cardholder, dishonored by the financial institution, or fraudulent payments made online are subject to a disputed payment fee/chargeback fee of $30.00

2. Invalid and bounced checks are subject to a service fee of $30.00

These fees are subject to change according to our merchant service provider.

2025 Holiday Hours

Our offices will be closed during these holidays:

Memorial Day: closed May 26

Independence Day: closed July 4

Labor Day: closed September 1

Thanksgiving: closing at 3pm Nov 26 and closed November 27

Christmas: closed December 24 and 25

New Year: closing at 3pm on Dec 31 and closed on January 1

We will be closed for Memorial Day Monday 5/26/25.
